Tiny Little Moments

The Problem:

A client wanted to communicate the importance of great customer service to its front-line staff.

The Solution:

A short talking-heads film featuring real people (no actors here!) sharing memories of exceptional service to show how ‘going the extra mile’ can transform customer experience.

Zing’s service included finding the right people that come across as warm, friendly and relaxed on camera, with a mix of profile types. To help put them at ease, we took the time to speak to them in advance of the shoot. We also needed to make sure we had the right stories: engaging examples of human kindness and empathy.
